As one of the first hires and key members of Invisible Hand team, this candidate has a unique opportunity to be directly involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of a successful entrepreneur and her team.

The Executive Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support, including but not limited to, calendar management, preparing and summarizing meeting materials, invoice management, expense tracking and reporting, and work travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, flexible, detail-oriented, an effective and confident communicator, and able to problem solve quickly and effectively. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing professional and personal schedule/calendar, prioritizing appointments based on CEO’s objectives when necessary, and working in tandem with the CEO’s personal appointments
  • Providing CEO’s Deputy with administrative support for high-level strategic projects, including generating timelines and tracking multiple projects through all phases -- working closely with the CEO and deputy to ensure deliverables are on time and meet quality, budget & scope expectations
  • Conduct thorough research and present analysis / recommendations in order to assist in the development of new business proposals and the execution of existing projects, as needed
  • Drafting and managing e-mail and occasional written correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Arranging details and coordinating day-of logistics for all meetings/appointments

Finance Director

The Finance Director will report directly into the agency’s President and Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for maintaining and promoting the overall financial health of this bustling creative agency. This person will oversee all agency-wide financial systems and will help in developing and streamlining all fiscal protocols.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Corporate Budgeting & Financial Planning

  • Lead the preparation of monthly financial statements and overall Agency Corporate Budget
  • Lead financial planning activities

Freelance Associate Event Producer

The Freelance Associate Producer will support Producers and Senior Producers on individual agency projects as contracted in our New York Office. Project management and attention to detail are central to this position.
